Q What are your check-in and check-out times?

Our standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.

Q Do you offer airport transportation services?

Yes, we provide airport transfer services for our guests. Please contact our concierge team at least 24 hours before your arrival to arrange transportation. Charges may apply depending on vehicle type and time of service.

Q What dining options are available at the hotel?

We offer multiple dining options including our signature restaurant serving international cuisine, a lounge bar with light snacks and cocktails, and 24-hour room service. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with prior notice.

Q Is parking available at the hotel?

Yes, we provide complimentary valet parking for all our hotel guests. Our secure underground parking facility can accommodate cars, SUVs, and small vans. Oversized vehicles may require special arrangements.

Q What is your cancellation policy?

Our standard cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice for individual reservations and 7 days notice for group bookings to avoid cancellation fees. Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies which will be specified at the time of booking.
